Ashburn
Ashburn is an unincorporated community in eastern Loudoun County that grew from a rural area into one of the county's largest suburbs, much of it since the 1990s. Neighborhoods range from townhouses to large single-family homes in planned communities such as Ashburn Farm, Ashburn Village and Broadlands. Bathroom Brigade has completed two full bathroom remodels here.
Nearby communities we serve
- Sterling (Loudoun County): we have completed bathroom work here as well.
- South Riding (Loudoun County)
- Aldie (Loudoun County)
- Herndon (Fairfax County): home base for Kenney Construction.
Bathroom Brigade's full service area also includes Reston, Great Falls, McLean, Vienna, Oakton, Chantilly and Centreville.
Why the county line matters
Herndon sits a few minutes from Ashburn but on the other side of the county line, in Fairfax County. Ashburn, Sterling, South Riding and Aldie are in Loudoun County. Permits, inspections and the county offices you deal with are different on each side. When we plan your project, we work with the jurisdiction your home is actually in, which for Ashburn is Loudoun County's Department of Building and Development.
This site and Bathroom Brigade
Ashburn Bathroom Remodel is a local site for Bathroom Brigade, and both belong to Kenney Construction. The main Bathroom Brigade site has its own Ashburn page with the same two projects.
