Have you remodeled bathrooms in Ashburn?▸
Yes. Bathroom Brigade has completed two separate full bathroom remodels in Ashburn. Photos of both are on our projects page.
Who actually does the work?▸
Bathroom Brigade is a division of Kenney Construction. The same licensed, insured and bonded company (VA DPOR #2705187519) handles the work, not a subcontracted third party.
How much does a bathroom remodel cost in Ashburn?▸
Our published reference ranges are $12,000–$25,000 for a basic remodel, $25,000–$40,000 for mid-range and $40,000–$70,000+ for high-end. These are typical Northern Virginia ranges, not quotes.
How long does a bathroom remodel take?▸
It depends on scope. A full remodel takes longer than a single-fixture update like a vanity swap, and inspections are part of the schedule. We give you a project-specific timeline with your estimate.
Do you handle plumbing and electrical?▸
Yes. Bathroom Brigade handles plumbing and electrical work as part of the project directly. You do not need to hire a separate plumber or electrician.
Who issues permits for an Ashburn bathroom?▸
Loudoun County's Department of Building and Development. Ashburn is unincorporated, so there is no town permit office.
Do I need my HOA's approval?▸
Interior bathroom work usually does not need it, but dumpsters, exterior vents and contractor parking can fall under association rules. Check with your HOA before work starts.
What is the difference between a tub-to-shower conversion and a full remodel?▸
A conversion replaces just the tub or shower: framing, waterproofing, tile and fixtures for that area. A full remodel changes the layout, tile, vanity and fixtures throughout the bathroom.
Can I keep using my house during the remodel?▸
Usually, yes. Tell us early if the house has only one other full bathroom so we can plan the sequence around your routines.
Do you do kitchens too?▸
Bathroom Brigade does bathrooms only. For kitchen remodeling in Ashburn, Kenney Construction's Kitchen Kings division handles kitchens.
Do you provide written estimates?▸
Yes. Every project gets a written scope so you know what is included before work starts.
What are your hours?▸
Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Is there a way to get a rough number online?▸
Yes. Bathroom Brigade's instant bathroom estimate tool lets you add photos and measurements and pick fixtures and tile to get an estimate packet by email. It is a starting point, not a quote.
